Salon Policy

 

Appointment times:

Reservations are preferred, though not always necessary. We do recommend however, that you always reserve your next experience prior to leaving, in order to guarantee the availability of your desired services and times in the future.

Cancellations:

We request 24 hours advance notice if you are unable to honor reservations. Thank you for your understanding.

Gift Cards:

Our beautifully designed Gift Cards are customizable for any occasion, any denomination, for any service or product purchase.

Payment:

Cash, local checks and all major bank cards accepted

Children:

To ensure relaxation for all our guests, children are only allowed in the salon during their scheduled appointment.

Making your child care arrangements prior to your appointment ensures that you and our other guests will enjoy your experience. We do not supervise children, and may have to reschedule your appointment. Sharp scissors, hot styling tools, and heavy equipment make for a dangerous place for children, and you deserve our full attention and focus, as well as allow our other guests to relax and enjoy their visit.

Cellular Phones:

For all of our guests comfort, cellular phones need to be turned off in the salon and spa area.

Refunds on product purchases:

We have a 30 day exchange policy. If you’re not satisfied with your product you can exchange it, all we ask is that you bring your receipt.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

We want you to be thrilled with your service(s). Please let us know about any challenges within 7 days of the original service and it will be our pleasure to make any adjustments.
